Hi, I’m Surabhi, founder of Sanctuary of Sacred Souls.

I’m a holistic therapist, sound healer, trauma-informed educator, musician, and formally trained fine artist, illustrator, and visual media designer with over 25 years of experience in yogic practice and trauma recovery.

My own journey as a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and domestic violence has been the driving force behind my desire for healing, pushing me into a deep exploration of alternative healing methods. I was determined not to rely on pharmaceutical drugs and sought alternative ways to heal and nurture myself naturally.

This personal journey of transformation led me to specialize in holistic well-being and to integrate powerful holistic practices that help release deep-seated trauma from the body. I have dedicated myself to learning everything I can about the mind-body connection, holistic healing, and the spiritual and creative tools that promote profound recovery.

Through my work at Sanctuary of Sacred Souls, I offer a nurturing and safe space for individuals to heal and reclaim their true essence.

My services include the Metamorphosis course, designed to support women healing from trauma, as well as sound healing, trauma-informed holistic practices, and holistic coaching tailored to your unique needs.

In addition to my therapeutic work, my background in visual media design and the arts informs my approach, allowing me to create deeply resonant, creative experiences that facilitate healing and transformation.
